However there are a number of beaches outside these places that you simply must visit. One of them is Golden horn (Zlatni rat), natural phenomenon that is a symbol of Croatian tourism. Not far from Golden horn is the lovely village Murvica located on the cliff of the island, surrounded by vineyards. Below this place there are two beautiful, natural, untouched beaches overlooking the island of Hvar. On the north side of the island there is a beautiful sandy beach Lovrecina which is located near the town of Postira. The beach is located in a deeply incised bay. The sand is located on the beach and in the sea. The bay is also known for the valuable archeological sites of the Basilica of St. Lawrence from the 5th and 6th centuries. The town of Povlja is surrounded by many bays with different types of beaches, among which the most beautiful are Travna, Smokvica, Ticja Luka and Tatinja. All Brac beaches are very popular because they are surrounded by a pine forest that provides natural shade on hot summer days. For all information feel free to contact us.
